Who is responsible
Andrew Simon Hunter, a sole trader trading as Andy Hunter, Gibraltar. Contact: andy@andyhunter.gi.
What I collect and why
- Enquiries: if you use the contact form or email me, I receive your name, email address and message. I use them only to reply and to discuss working together.
- Clients: your contact and billing details, so I can provide the service, invoice you and keep proper business records.
- Payments: card payments are processed by Stripe. I never see or store your full card number. Stripe handles payment data under its own privacy policy.
- Your customers' data: when I run systems for your business (for example bookings or reviews), I process that data on your behalf and only on your instructions, as set out in our agreement.
Website
This site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies, and it doesn't run analytics. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google to fetch them. The site is hosted by Vercel.
Who I share it with
I don't sell personal data or pass it on for marketing. I only share it with the services needed to run the business: Google (email), Stripe (payments) and Vercel (hosting), plus my accountant and the authorities where the law requires it.
How long I keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 12 months if we don't go on to work together. Client and billing records are kept for as long as the law requires for business and tax purposes. Data I process for your business is returned or deleted when our agreement ends, as you instruct.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data I hold about you, and to have it corrected, deleted or sent to you. You can also object to how it's used. Email andy@andyhunter.gi and I'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how your data has been handled, you can complain to the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority, which is Gibraltar's data protection regulator.
